Changes to procedure during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

Your GP services will be run differently during the current Coronavirus pandemic. This is to protect patients and staff at a time when we have all been advised by the government to stay at home.

 

Health & Beyond will continue to provide medical care for our patients but this will be done in a different way to before.

 

If you need treatment or advice from a GP or a member of our clinical team you will need to phone the number of your usual site. You will then be booked in for a telephone consultation.

 

We are offering face to face appointments but only after you have spoken to a health care professional.

 

Health & Beyond has 10 sites in the South-East of Wolverhampton. To protect both patients and staff our sites differ in their functions. We have created the following zones:

The NHS in Wolverhampton and Public Health England (PHE) are well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.
