Blood tests in the community are by appointment only, you will be turned away without an appointment and a blood form; to book a blood test appointment please visit the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust or scan the QR Code below.

Otherwise please ask a family member to support you or your GP surgery can book on behalf of you.
